Shelley was blessed and given official Ashtanga Yoga teaching "Authorization" in December 2011 by the grandson of the late great Ashtanga Yoga master Sri K. Pattabhi Jois and current lineage director, Sri R. Sharath Jois at the KPJ Ashtanga Yoga Institute, Mysore, India.
Shelley has been given the unique experience to assist Sri R. Sharath Jois at KPJAYI as a part of her "Authorization" process. ![]() Shelley Smith now "Authorized" by the KPJ Ashtanga Yoga Institute.
